📦 Nature of Product

All study materials available on our website are delivered in digital PDF format only. Once purchased, the product is considered delivered digitally.

💰 Refund Eligibility

Refund is applicable ONLY under the following conditions:

• Refund can be claimed after NEET 2026 Result declaration only.
• Refund is applicable only on purchases of ₹499/- (Combo Pack or above).
• If the purchase amount is less than ₹499/-, no refund will be provided.
• A platform processing fee of ₹99/- will be deducted from the refund amount.

Example: If you purchased ₹499 pack → Refund amount = ₹400 (₹499 – ₹99 platform fee)

📑 Proof Required for Refund

To claim refund, you must:

• Send your official NEET Result scorecard as proof.
• The result must clearly show your name, roll number, and score.
• Screenshot must be clear and unedited.

• NEET Result Proof (PDF or Screenshot)
• UPI ID / Bank Details for refund

⏳ Refund Processing Time

• Refund requests will be verified within 7–10 working days.
• After approval, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Amount will be transferred to the original payment method or provided bank/UPI details.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Refund will NOT be applicable if:

• Purchase amount is less than ₹499/-
• NEET result proof is not provided
• Fake / edited result submitted
• Refund request sent before NEET result declaration
• Multiple refund claims from same user
