Cancellations and Refunds

Aspiring-Life provides digital products, and our refund policy is designed to protect both parties. All sales are final except as outlined below.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before payment is completed. Once payment is processed and materials are delivered (via download/email), cancellation is not possible due to the digital nature of the products.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only if:

• The product is not as described or contains significant errors (proof required).
• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed the materials.

No refunds for downloaded or accessed materials, as per digital goods policy.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email aspiring.designing@gmail.com with your order ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method, minus any transaction fees.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds for:

• Change of mind after access.
• Technical issues on your end (e.g., device compatibility – check system requirements before purchase).
• Promotional or discounted items.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here.
